Meeting Facilitation

Whether it’s trying to get coalition members aligned, launching that new program, or resolving org cultural tensions - it’s helpful to have a skilled facilitator in the room. I’m here to help get you to the other side of whatever challenge.

Small Group Facilitation (6 participants or less):

  • $150/hour per meeting + prep time & any requested report back

Medium Group Facilitation (7 - 15 participants):

  • $250/hour per meeting

  • $150/hour for prep time and any requested report back

Large Group Facilitation (15 + participants):

  • Reach out to tell me more about the project and we can discuss what rates make sense for both of us



Executive Coaching
(Individual or small group sessions)

Small Group Coaching ($750 per person):

  • 5 (1 hour) sessions with 3 leaders total - created for BIPOC folks

  • Grow and learn in community with other folks that have shared experiences and values

  • Held in-person (Portland, OR) or virtually

  • Sliding scale fee options available

Individual Coaching ($1,000 per person)

  • 5 (1 hour) one-on-one sessions

  • Concentrated and tailored sessions to address the challenges you’re currently facing

Strategic Planning Services

The old model isn’t working. Let’s figure out what the next 1-2 years looks like. Create a plan. Actually execute it. And steady ourselves through these turbulent headwinds.

Strategic Planning Projects start at $5,000.
(The outdated models take on average 9 months and more than $45,000 to execute. Let’s create something new. And something affordable)
